No physician–patient relationship
Browsing this site, or filling in the enquiry form, does not create a physician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you attend the clinic and are seen by the physician.
Seek proper care in an emergency
Do not use this website in an emergency. If you have urgent or severe symptoms, call 995 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not stop or change treatment prescribed by your doctor without speaking to them.
Enquiry form
The enquiry form does not book an appointment and does not submit your details anywhere. An appointment exists only once it is confirmed with the clinic by telephone.

The clinic keeps this site as accurate and current as it reasonably can, but makes no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Opening hours and services may change without notice — please call ahead.
